How do I make a reservation?

Please click on the link for the property you are interested in and it will take you through to their own Airbnb page. We currently use Airbnb for security for both our guests & owners.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

Should you need to change or cancel your booking, please go to your reservation on Airbnb & click amend or cancel reservation. You will be advised of any cancellation charges, if they apply.

Can I check in early or check out late?

We love to offer early check in & late check out when we can. Please feel free to message a few days before your arrival and we can let you know if it's possible.

Where do we purchase leisure passes?

Leisure passes for all Hoburne parks are purchased through Unrivalled Holiday Homes before your arrival, NOT directly with Hoburne (you cannot purchase them directly from the park reception). We require at least 72 hours notice, prior to your arrival date, in order to apply for the passes for you at the Hoburne sites. Passes for Shorefield Country Park are purchased from the reception desk on your arrival.

Do we have to purchase leisure passes?

Leisure passes are required for all Hoburne & Shorefield sites if you wish to use the on site facilities - pools, gym, entertainment, bars, cafes & restaurants. Should you not wish to enter the facilities area at all, then passes are not required.

How much are the passes?

Please read the 'Other details to note' on the Airbnb listing for prices - they are not per person but for up to 6 guests.
