Seascape is a beautifully presented, spacious 2-bedroom dog-friendly holiday home located within Hoburne Park, offering a luxurious and comfortable coastal retreat for families and couples. Newly available to the holiday rental market, it has been thoughtfully equipped with stylish interiors, generous living spaces and those extra touches that make a stay truly special, all within easy reach of beautiful Avon Beach and the stunning Dorset coastline.
The bright and spacious lounge provides a welcoming place to relax and spend time together. Featuring a large three-seater sofa and two comfortable armchairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the local area. A Smart TV allows you to enjoy your favourite streaming services, while the Bluetooth speaker system is perfect for listening to music throughout your stay.
The exceptionally well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for both short breaks and longer stays, including a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, double electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, an excellent selection of cookware, crockery and utensils, and a particularly impressive large opening larder providing plenty of storage space. A dining table with four comfortable chairs makes family meals and leisurely breakfasts easy to enjoy.
The spacious master bedroom is a real highlight, featuring a comfortable king-size bed, its own TV, a large dressing table and a walk-in wardrobe. The private en-suite bathroom includes a bath with shower over, a rare luxury in a holiday home of this kind. There is also plenty of room for a travel cot, making it particularly convenient for families with young children.
The second bedroom features two full-size single beds, making it equally suitable for children or adults. Conveniently located along the corridor is the main family shower room, complete with a generous shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. With two bathrooms, Seascape offers additional comfort and convenience for everyone staying.
Families with babies and toddlers are especially well catered for, with a travel cot, highchair, baby bath and children’s plastic plates, cups and cutlery all provided. Seascape is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged family member can join you for coastal walks and adventures along the beautiful Dorset coastline.
One of Seascape’s biggest attractions is its fantastic location within Hoburne Park. Beautiful Avon Beach and the surrounding coastal walks are within easy reach, while the holiday park offers a fantastic range of facilities to enjoy throughout your stay.
Guests can enjoy Hoburne Park’s indoor and seasonal outdoor swimming pools, gym and entertainment at The Venue. Leisure passes are required for these facilities and additional charges apply. Even without leisure passes, guests can still access the on-site café, bar and restaurant. Crazy golf is also available for an additional charge.
To make your arrival as easy as possible, all beds will be made up ready for your stay. We provide bed linen, one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, bath mats, oven gloves and a tea towel. A welcome box containing essentials for your first cup of tea or coffee is also provided. The only things you’ll need to bring are your own beach and pool towels.
You will have full use of Seascape throughout your stay, with access to the relevant on-site leisure facilities once the required leisure passes have been purchased.
Water and electricity are included in your stay. Please note that electric vehicles must not be charged directly from the holiday home. Dedicated EV charging points are available in the main car park near the entertainment complex. There is also a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy inside the property, on the decking and within the immediate area surrounding the holiday home.
The property is privately owned, with bookings and property management handled on the owners’ behalf by Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes. All correspondence regarding your booking and stay will therefore be dealt with by Sue.
After your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to provide an email address so that further information can be sent to you. This includes the details required by Hoburne to arrange leisure and car parking passes for guests staying on site.
Leisure passes currently cost £66 per stay and provide up to six guests with use of the relevant on-site facilities for up to seven nights. This is a single charge for the stay, not a charge per person. Payment is made directly to Sue, who will arrange the passes on your behalf. Please allow at least one week’s notice for them to be processed. Once arranged, they will be available for collection from reception when you arrive.
