Whiskey’s Beach House is a beautifully presented, thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom dog-friendly holiday home located within Hoburne Holiday Park, offering a comfortable and relaxing coastal escape perfect for families, couples, and four-legged friends. Lovingly named after the owners’ beloved dog, this welcoming holiday home has been furnished to a high standard, with quality fixtures, modern comforts, and plenty of thoughtful touches designed to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
The bright and comfortable open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides a welcoming space to relax and spend time together. The cosy lounge features a comfortable L-shaped sofa and electric fireplace, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the local beaches and surrounding villages. Patio doors open directly onto the large decking area, creating a lovely connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces and making it easy to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink outside.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for both short breaks and longer stays, including a full-size fridge/freezer, electric oven and grill, built-in microwave, toaster, kettle, and even a Nespresso coffee machine. Simply bring your favourite pods and enjoy a proper coffee from the comfort of your holiday home. The dining area features a proper dining table with four chairs, providing a comfortable and practical space for family meals, rather than the smaller stools often found in holiday homes.
The accommodation features a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and its own TV. The real highlight, however, is the private en-suite bathroom, complete with a full-sized bath, shower over the bath, WC, and basin. A full bath is a rare luxury in a caravan holiday home and provides the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the coast. Don’t forget to pack your favourite bubble bath!
The second bedroom is a twin room with narrower-than-standard single beds, making it particularly well suited to children or additional guests. It also includes a wardrobe and bedside table. Conveniently located opposite the twin bedroom, the separate family shower room features a spacious shower cubicle, wash basin, and WC. With two full bathrooms available, there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready without the usual queues in the morning.
Outside, the large sunny decking area provides a lovely private space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. With a table and four chairs, it is ideal for al fresco meals, morning coffees, sunbathing, or simply unwinding with a glass of wine while enjoying the longer summer evenings. The dog-friendly nature of the property also means your four-legged family members can enjoy the holiday alongside you.
Guests can enjoy a fantastic range of on-site facilities at Hoburne, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, sauna, steam room, and The Venue for entertainment. Leisure passes are required for these facilities and additional charges apply. Even without leisure passes, guests can still access the on-site café, bar, restaurant, and amusement arcade. There are also outdoor adventure playgrounds, an indoor soft play area, a multi-sports area, and crazy golf (additional charge), providing plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
For everyday essentials, a Spar shop is approximately a five-minute walk away, while larger supermarkets are just a short drive from the park. Major supermarkets can also deliver directly to the holiday home, making it easy to stock up without needing to spend part of your holiday shopping.
The holiday home is fully double glazed and benefits from full central heating, helping to keep you comfortable whatever the weather.
To make your arrival as easy as possible, we provide all bed linen, one bath towel per guest, a hand towel for each bathroom, bath mats, a tea towel, oven gloves, and a small welcome basket with a few goodies to get you started. The only things you’ll need to bring are your own pool and beach towels.
You will have full use of the holiday home throughout your stay, with access to the on-site facilities available once the required leisure passes have been purchased.
Please note that the property is privately owned, with bookings and property management handled on the owners’ behalf by Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes. All correspondence regarding your booking will therefore be dealt with by Sue.
After your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to provide an email address so that further information can be sent to you. This includes a booking form requesting the personal details required by Hoburne to arrange the leisure and car parking passes for all guests staying on site. The information will also explain the costs and payment arrangements for the leisure passes, which are handled directly by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes.
Leisure passes currently cost £66 per stay and provide up to six guests with full use of the relevant on-site facilities for up to seven nights. This is a single charge for the stay, not a charge per person. Payment is made directly to Sue, who then applies for the passes on your behalf. Please allow at least one week’s notice for the passes to be processed. Once arranged, they will be available for collection from reception when you arrive.
