Corner Pin is a beautifully refurbished 2-bedroom holiday home located within Hoburne Park, offering a stylish and comfortable coastal escape for families and couples. Newly available to the holiday rental market, it has been thoughtfully updated throughout with modern interiors, luxurious new lounge carpet and contemporary blinds, creating a bright and welcoming home from home just a short stroll from beautiful Avon Beach.
The bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a comfortable space to relax and spend time together. The lounge features a large L-shaped sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the Dorset coast, along with a Smart TV where you can log into your favourite streaming services.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for both short breaks and longer stays, including a full-size integrated fridge/freezer, built-in microwave, electric hob and double oven. There is also a good selection of quality cookware, crockery and utensils, making everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy to prepare.
The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables, a double wardrobe with drawers and its own TV. A private en-suite WC and wash basin provide some welcome additional convenience.
The second bedroom is a twin room with narrower-than-standard single beds, making it particularly well suited to children or additional guests. It also includes a wardrobe with drawers and bedside cabinet. Conveniently located opposite is the main shower room, complete with a large shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and useful storage space.
Outside, the generous decking area provides a lovely space to make the most of warmer days. With comfortable outdoor seating and a dining table, it’s ideal for morning coffees, al fresco meals or relaxing with an evening drink after a day exploring the coast.
One of Corner Pin’s biggest attractions is its fantastic location within Hoburne Park. The beach gate is just a short walk away, giving you easy access to stunning Avon Beach and the surrounding coastal walks, while still having all the facilities of the holiday park close at hand.
Guests can enjoy a fantastic range of on-site facilities at Hoburne, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, sauna, steam room and The Venue for entertainment. Leisure passes are required for these facilities and additional charges apply. Even without leisure passes, guests can still access the on-site café, bar and restaurant. There is also an amusement arcade, adventure playgrounds, indoor soft play, a multi-sports court and crazy golf (additional charge), providing plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
To make your arrival as easy as possible, all beds will be made up ready for your stay. We provide bed linen, one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, bath mats, oven gloves and a tea towel. The only things you’ll need to bring are your own beach and pool towels.
You will have full use of Corner Pin throughout your stay, with access to the relevant on-site leisure facilities once the required leisure passes have been purchased.
Please note that electric vehicles must not be charged directly from the holiday home. Dedicated EV charging points are available in the main car park near the entertainment complex. There is also a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy inside the property, on the decking and within the immediate area surrounding the holiday home.
The property is privately owned, with bookings and property management handled on the owners’ behalf by Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes. All correspondence regarding your booking and stay will therefore be dealt with by Sue.
After your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to provide an email address so that further information can be sent to you. This includes the details required by Hoburne to arrange leisure and car parking passes for guests staying on site.
Leisure passes currently cost £66 per stay and provide up to six guests with use of the relevant on-site facilities for up to seven nights. This is a single charge for the stay, not a charge per person. Payment is made directly to Sue, who will arrange the passes on your behalf. Please allow at least one week’s notice for them to be processed. Once arranged, they will be available for collection from reception when you arrive.
